Drink juices in order every 2-3hrs

Drink plenty of water throughout day ( 60oz at least)

Refrain from eating food and or non-water beverages if you have to eat stick to raw vegetables and/or almonds/cashews in small amounts. You can have herbal tea or broth.
* Coffee drinkers - consume celery juice first thing in the morning. Wait 30min before having coffee. Refrain from adding sugars or additives to your drink, including dairy. Almond milk is a great substitute.
* Charcoal lemonade- Taking activated charcoal along with medications can decrease how much medicine your body absorbs, and decrease the effectiveness of your medication. To prevent this interaction, take activated charcoal at least one hour after medications or your last juice.-
