SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Days:
We process and ship orders twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays. Orders placed by Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday, and orders placed by Saturday will be shipped on Sunday. Please ensure your order is placed by 11:59 PM (local time) the day before the shipping day to guarantee it is included in the next shipment.
Delivery Options:
We offer the following delivery options:
Home Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your specified address on the next shipping day.
Warehouse Pickup: You can choose to pick up your order from our warehouse. Please specify this option during checkout. Our warehouse is located at P.O Box 11850 Denver,CO,80212. Pickup hours are 9 AM to 6 PM.
Frozen Product Shipping:
All our products are shipped frozen to ensure maximum freshness and convenience. Upon receiving your order, please store the products in the freezer immediately. Thawing instructions will be provided with your order.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount. Please check our website for the latest shipping rate information.
